Solution Focused Management offers workshops to develop foundational skills, and executive and personal coaching to help leaders identify their driving force, becoming more engaged in their work. Sessions support meaningful goal-setting, stronger decision-making, and sustainable professional growth.
Ryan holds a diploma (MacEwan) and Bachelor degree (UBC) in Social Work, an Advanced Social Work Practice graduate certificate (UofC), an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (Erickson International) certification and was previously Certified in Child and Youth Care. He is currently in the process of completing a Trauma Informed Practice Certificate through the University of Calgary towards a Master in Social Work.
Nearly two decades of experience has spanned Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Social Work, Child and youth Care, Leadership, Management, Quality Assurance, and others. Ryan has worked alongside and with people from all walks of life, and brings this experience and knowledge to bear on the work we do together.
