SFM Inc. offers 360 Degree Assessments to clients in order to assist with individual growth and development, conducted as a stand-alone assessment or in conjunction with workshops and coaching. Individuals undertaking a 360 Degree Assessment complete a self- assessment. Complementary assessments from supervisors and/or peers who are best positioned to assess the individual’s performance round out the process. The results are tabulated, and a comprehensive assessment report identifying strengths and areas for growth is provided. Practical methods for achieving results are identified through a personal debrief.
